Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment (where available).

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and the destination address.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.

  • Occasionally free shipping promotions may be offered — details will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use this tracking number to follow your order’s delivery progress with the carrier.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., your order may be cancelled or require additional shipping fees / customs charges at delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases depending on carrier restrictions.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.

  3. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team and include your order number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact customer support within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.

  • If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist you before the order ships.
